12 weeks will give you enough time to reach any distance goal 5K to ultra. New to running? New to CrossFit? No problem, you will learn the skills needed to run and lift with correct form. Experienced runner? Been CrossFit for a while? Awesome- you are ready to take it to the next level! Have a goal race in mind and we will take you to the finish line faster, stronger and you will recover and be able to race again quickly!
