Run ATX will get you to the finish line faster, stronger and injury free! We use CrossFit Endurance programming which combines all 10 elements of conditioning/fitness along with (endurance) sports specific programming to create an athlete that is more powerful, faster and recovers quickly.

We teach PoseMethod of Running® to make sure you develop proper running technique. This is the best way to gain efficiency in your run while avoiding common running injuries.

All ages and abilities are welcome to train with us. We are looking for athletes that are goal oriented and committed to reaching their race goals. We provide the quality coaching to help you reach your potential.

We offer 6 week and 12 week training programs with a goal race at the end of the program. You will work on developing your Pose during both programs, the 12 week increases the distance, intensity and skill development. We provide the run workouts and CF workouts. You can WOD with us or at your box! New to CrossFIt? No problem, we scale our workouts for all level athletes.
